The role
Content Stack is a core system within Tripstack’s booking platform responsible for acquiring, normalizing, and distributing flight content across our ecosystem. Acting as the bridge between Airline Integrations and our Client API, it plays a critical role in enabling scalable, high-performance access to airline content globally.
As a Sr Product Owner, you will support the evolution and scalability of the platform by working closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, SRE, and Content teams. You will help translate product and business objectives into clear technical execution plans while ensuring the platform remains resilient, efficient, and capable of supporting increasing demand and new distribution opportunities.
This role is central to supporting Tripstack’s ongoing platform and content distribution growth.
Responsibilities
Partner with the Product Manager responsible for our booking platform to execute the Content Stack roadmap and translate high-level objectives into actionable delivery plans.
Understand the architecture of Content Stack and how it interacts with other products and parts of the platform.
Translate business and technical requirements into clear EPICs, user stories, and delivery priorities.
Drive initiatives focused on simplifying provider integrations and reducing time-to-market for new suppliers.
Act as the product SME throughout planning and delivery processes.
Work closely with development and QA teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure quality delivery.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, SRE, and Content Acquisition teams to support stable, scalable, and high-quality platform delivery.
Keep internal technical teams accountable for quality output and timely delivery.
Support the evolution of the platform to meet growing traffic volumes, integration complexity, and business requirements.
Monitor and track platform KPIs related to system health, integration stability, performance, and operational efficiency.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog while balancing platform stability, scalability, and feature delivery.
Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies, risks, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Continuously review processes and workflows to identify operational gaps, improve efficiency, and support platform reliability.
Collect and analyze information, solve complex problems rationally, and make timely decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
5–7+ years of experience in a Product Owner or similar product delivery role working with complex technical platforms or integrations.
Direct experience in the travel industry with strong understanding of GDS, NDC, LCC, and airline API integrations.
Strong technical aptitude with working knowledge of APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.
Experience working closely with engineering teams in agile development environments.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a data driven mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
Passion for process improvement, operational excellence, and scalable platform design.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Work Mode : Hybrid (2 days work from office a week, Sat-Sun Fixed Off)
